Oh, I used a progam called VirtualDub to take my sceencaps from AVI's :). It's a really simple program..just search for it on google. And then when you pause the video in the place you want, you go to one of the menus (I forget which one) and you'll see 'copy frame to clipboard' and you can just paste it into your program. Then you can just move frame-by-frame and capture each of your clips to make a whole animation. Hope that helps! *is bad at explaining things*
