Rooooooooooooound up!
Erm, gosh, I've been on lots of nights out and such that must be documented. But also that I've had my hair cut short(ish), and I'm very pleased with it but have belatedly remembered that short hair usually is more high maintenance that long hair really. Also my fringe already seems too long and it's only been 1 1/2 weeks!!
Valentine's Day (Dad's birthday) - aw, first Valentine's Day as a part of a couple. It was very relaxing fun. Just went round buying bits and bobs from delis and Lidl to munch on (including excruciating chilli chocolate and gorgeous butterscotch chocolate), while watching tv, The Big Lebowski (weird, postmodern, and weird) and Hellboy 2 (which I kept falling asleep through because of all the food). Matt got me a card with strawberries all over it, yum yum ^_^
Went for a drink with Rachel's friends but needed to head back semi early as I was tired. Also went out to Creative Writing which as quite fun but had to head back early because I'd had no tea and had translating work for Art to do (having been randomly appointed unofficial printmaking translator, sooooooooooo random!)
And this Saturday I went to Party On with Rachel and her corridor friends at the Union. Kid party themed night with cake at the door, balloon animals (I got a blue dog/giraffe) and face painting. Aled from the Chris Moyles Show was there, what a nice man. His dj set was typically Aled girly gay but good to dance to, and the end of the night was filled with cheesy singalong tracks or 90s boogeying tracks, and the night ended with the ending jingle from the CM show XD Awesome! It was very fun.
