Wow very long time no see, but unless it's something that's happened which for some reason I haven't told everyone individually I don't bother posting it here. And on that note:
Since Faye has pulled out, I'm going to be reading the proclamation at the beginning of the art graduation ceremony! I have to read a little part they give me in welsh and english for about a miute, and in return I get £95 worth of photographs from the day! How cool is that? I will have to practice this a lot, so don't be surprised if I rope you into fake recitals :P
I have also today PRINTED MY LAST PRINT I SHALL EVER PRINT....EVER! (unlesssomethinggoesterriblywrong) I can't say I'm sad, because it's fucking hard and messy work that does no favours for my skin. But I've gotten closer to the not-insane members of printmaking (i.e. not Irene) lately, so I'll be sad to see them go, and generally bumping into random people there. That's why I'm glad to be graduating with the artists because I have lots more people I will dearly miss, but probably won't actively keep in contact with bar through facebook updates. I also regret not being able to print Matt's present print either...I wonder when the department actually closes and I'm not allowed to come in...it's just I'd feel a bit cheeky using their resources when it'd blatantly not for the portfolio....If I have spare cash next year I can join the printmaker's group maybe
I've also finished English forever, unless I get into the postgrad, which I'm hoping I will...because I am an idiot -_-
I saw Star Trek, that's probably worth a mention. Coool I think, very likeable and non-alienating, and the few references I got to the original were gratifying :)
I have also been obsessively watching two anime series offmy new favourite site ever: crunchyroll.com. Skip Beat was a brilliant romantic sluffy silly comedy drama thingy, but the ending was a really annoying dud coz they could obviously not resolve the love drama since the manga hasn't finished yet but it was the end of the anime series' run.
I have also been watching Shugo Chara, which is even fluffier sillier fun, a very close descendant of Cardcaptor Sakura and the like......excpet for the crossdressing boy, and quite erotic flirting for a kids' show, and brother-sister incest with onscreen macking O.o o.O Ohhh my gosh, this series has thrown me in places. And yet I can't stop watching!
