Feel free to have Hiei track or mess with my characters. Ai has no powers, so she's easily controlled. Usagi, however, has the uber-powerful Illusionary Silver Crystal inside her, so I'm guessing it would prevent mind control. Neither character has any special block to their minds, so I'm also guessing he can read them, etc.
