What other features does this ghost have?

I would move, but it seems like every room in this dorm has it's own ghost, I've never had a room without one, though this is the first one to try to kill me.
Besides it's recent dabbling with murder, this room's ghost likes to make our room cold regardless of how hot our radiator is, play with our ceiling fan and the lamp hanging from it, walk around making the floorboards creak, and open and shut the doors to the bathroom and hallway, whether or not they're locked. (There are earlier posts in my LJ about these occurrences.)
