You might think it's funny, but you know, every rule is probably for a reason - I bet someone probably has done it before, and that's what makes it so weird, because I sure wouldn't like to be sitting next to someone who was - touching themselves...like that. I also imagine it'd be very distracting, and probably would make it harder for everyone to learn...
Drama, huh? I'm no good at drama, well, at least, I don't think I am...my last drama teacher said I was too monotone, and my voice wasn't loud enough. He kept telling me 'with feeling, with feeling!' and I don't know just how I can make my voice feel anything, so I don't really get it I guess, but maybe if I try now, I might be able to speak 'with feeling', so that would be good.
Oh, I'm...uh, Ibu Shinji by the way. Nice to meet you, Niou, yeah?
I guess it would be kind of funny now that I think about it - but still rather embarrassing.
Sorry if I talked too much. I have a tendency to do that, but it's not all bad. At least I'm not saying useless things, or talking about myself, I generally try to avoid that and talk about the subject at hand, but sometimes it doesn't really happen like that, anyway...
Which do you prefer? I kind of like Shinji myself, actually, but really it doesn't matter that much, Ibu works too, it's just all kind of a mix up, so whatever you want to be called, I'll call you that. Though if you said you're not picky, I'll just go with Niou.
Mmmm, you know, no two words mean exactly the same thing. There are different connotations, so each has its own use. It's what makes language so interesting. ^_^

So you manage the drama club? What exactly do you do there?

I'll assume you're new here as well then.

Well, not new, exactly. I just don't pay attention to what's going on too much.

Finally, someone else who can't speak Japanese.

Too much work, really.

Yeah. Well, and no one fucking speaks it. Well, at least, not where I'm from.

Well...you got a gift for the gab, anyway, I'll give you that much.
And yeah, Niou. Masaharu. Whatever. I'm not picky.

Niou it is, then. S'what most of the guys at school called me, so it's all good.
