So my brain reprogramming is going pretty well for the most part. Unfortunately, I had a mild shut down, all because I ate a bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. That lead to a rice krispie treat, cookies, and white pasta for dinner. BAD ME! BAD! But I am back on track today. I have had a bottle of Naked© and am workin on a bottle of water. Protein is important, so don't leave that out. But you do get that from tofu and soy milk and stuff, so that you can have. Vegetables and fruits will give you the vitamins you need. So you're not really missing out on much. BUT...carbs are what make your brain work, that's why you crave them. So make sure you get some whole grains. Bran will cleanse your system too...for reasons which I will not mention.
