I think I'm getting bad on a semi-normal sleep schedule. I went to bed around 2:30 and woke for 9. Thinking about going on a short run. I feel like such an out of shape blob. I haven't done anything at all since Thurs. When I got for that long without doing some form of exercise it's 10 times harder to get back into the swing of it
