so last night i was watching fuse and this show came on called sessions @ AOl...and pretty much its where they take a music artist and strip them of all electronics besides a mic and they play acoustic guitar and sing their songs. last night's guest was avril lavinge. i really enjoyed it. shes a good singer in my opinion

avril is pretty and she has a pretty good voice but im not thrilled with teh way that she portrays herself as some big rebelious "punk rocker." teh only reason she is like that is because the record companies have made it a big trend now to be "punk". o well. sorry i didnt mean to go all out.

yea i guess she is somehow contractually obligated to uphold her image. but id be interested in seeing an independently produced and released album.

it will never happen, but it would still be interesting.

Did any one bother to think that maybe she just likes to dress that way? I mean, yeah, her music is not exactly "punk", but she can dress however she wants. I mean, just because you like a type of music doesn't mean you have to dress a certain way. I mean, granted, I don't exactly like Avril Lavigne and her stupid attitude either, but I don't think just cause she dresses one way means she has to play a certain type of music.
