I don't understand European soccer fans. They will kill eachother over soccer games. Oasis played a show and said something tame about a soccer team and fans who didn't agree threw glass bottles at them. If a soccer player makes a mistake in a game, he could be murdered when he gets back to his home country.

It's freaking soccer. Get over it.

I felt the same way until I watched the 2004 World Cup game while in Germany...man, that sport is freaking intense. I dunno...I'm not one for large sports games or whatnot but I like European soccer better than most American sports (except baseball...). Regardless...a sport's a sport, and it's always stupid when it gets ridiculous.
