Four days after Katrina, people were blaming W for everything from "not responding" to "hating blacks" and he was practically being burned in effigy by liberals and being grilled by the press.

A week into the oil spill and all Obama has done is send lawyers and SWAT teams to Louisiana to "help" with the oil spill and not a peep from the press

...with everything you've said here (I've said the same on many occasions) and I expected an intelligent response from you folks. But there are many here on this and other forums that went on for MONTHS about how Bush screwed things up when much of it wasn't his fault... it was the fault of the Mayor of New Orleans AND the Governor at the time (both Democrats). And then there was the criticism from the media... the so-called "unbiased" media that is not even emitting a peep about the lack of response from the current administration and it's policies (until forced to do so or after-the-fact
