S called me awhile ago, told me that D droppped off her son at about 4 am, he'd stayed up all night because he was afraid of oversleeping...LOL! Didn't really get why it had to be at 4 o'clock, since I dropped her off before 2 am, I think. Oh well.

It sounds like you are going through a lot right now. My only concern from reading your posts is if you do end up with L in the end, will she be honest with you 100% of the time? Do you think it's just because of who she's currently with, or would she do that in other relationships, too?

As I told a friend of mine last night, I'm watching all this like a hawk. She's making it a lot easier for me to keep my distance right now, because I'm learning more now than I was when she was with me!

Although I'd love to think that she'd be so happy with me that she wouldn't need to lie to me, it'd be naive for me not to go in with a guarded heart. FWIW, our mutual friends have told me that I'm the only guy she's ever said she's been in love with.
