It looks like you used Corel Painter, according to the "brush strokes"...

Thank you! :D It's the first coloring I'm really proud of. :3

I used ArtRage, actually! :D Works better for me than Painter. the paint and stuff actually looks and acts like paint. XD

ArtRage, of course. ♥ I love that program. xD I was playing around with the paint, and you can make it thinner and thicker and have it dry and yeah, it's awesome! ♥♥♥
