I am quitting my job. I am sick of this. They have scheduled me over one class almost every week since school started. They've also trampled on the few days I have asked off for, my brother's birthday being one. Not to mention the fact that when I do a good job, I get treated like a peon, when I screw up, I am treated like a 5 year old child.

With your work ethic, you should have no problem finding something bigger and better.
