I finished one of our costumes in the car on the way to Greenville (a 1.5 hour drive from Columbia where we live). It is a lot of fun to be sewing while riding in a car - I never intend to try it again as I am somewhat prone to motion sickness!
It's fun that you get to wear your costume again - I think I'll be saving ours so that we can possibly use them again sometime. I love Halloween - it is easily one of my favorite holidays (though I will say that the inability to go trick-or-treating now that I don't look like a 10 year old saddens me greatly).

Yeah... even when I wouldn't get dizzy from reading or the like in a moving car, I didn't like to try to sew. Too many car movements would jar my hand while I'm trying to insert the needle. {SMILE}
Yes, I like getting to use a costume over. Once I have one I'm happy with, I want to savor my success. {BIG SMILE}
