Thanksgiving Dinner Challenge Results
Everything turned out as expected, other than two things
Cranberry sauce - Epic Failure. Came out runny, even though I apparently added enough corn starch to ruin the flavor.
Turkey - better than I could have even hoped! Not only was it extremely tasty, but it was so moist and tender, the breast actually fell apart when I was carving it. For those ( Read more... )

And don't sweat the cranberry sauce. Even when it does seem to turn out "right", the stuff in the can just tastes better.
