Today was crazy. I couldn't sleep last night, until less than an hour before I had to get up to go into NY with my dad. Did that, worked 6 hours and magically maintained conciousness. Then I went to Midtown to try to win the Wicked lotto, but didn't. I ended up getting a Student Rush ticket ($36.25) for Sweeney Todd. This was at about 5:30. The ( Read more... )

Wow! That's exciting that you saw Sondheim! My girlfriend and I also tried to win the Wicked lottery in Minneapolis about a week and a half ago, to no success. And the theatre it was showing in had no obstructed view seats, and no one returned tickets. So alas, we were not able to see a show... But I've seen it before in Chicago and thought it was quite spectacular, although I had a few reservations that kept me from loving it. Anyways - very cool.
