It should be illegal for the weather to get as hot as it did today. Fuck you Mother Nature! I have recently become aware of the incident involved with my fridge leaking.
This was brought to my attention by a Ms. Lauren Gray, who said you, at the time, were in distress. I apologize for any grief this may have caused you.
My client, the fridge, was not fully defrosted at the time of its arrival at the scene of the incident. Though this is not an acceptale excuse, I do hope you put this into consideration.
I thank you for your cooperation in dealing with the matter and handling it appropriately.
I wish that in case of a similar incident in the future, you will inform me and I will do my best to control the situation.
