Watch yourself. If the bumps start hurting, or showing up in large numbers on your neck and belly, go to the doctor. Some people can get a worse version of chicken pox (it's essentially a super strain that can work past your immunity) called Shingles. It's caused by the same type of virus, but it's actually somewhat dangerous to adults. They won't go away on their own, so you'll have to get something to take care of them.
I got them when I was a teen, and they were a huge pain. I thought they were just chicken pox too, so keep an eye out. More pain than itching is a huge indicator.
x_x! I am sorry to hear this, Sharon! I also heard that if you didn't have them bad enough, you can always get them again? William and I had them pretty bad when we were younger but Matthew didn't have it that bad.
