I think I need to do a virus scan of my computer... I have some anti virus stuff on my computer, but it doesn't feel sufficient. And will expire soon anything I believe....

What kind of anti virus stuff is everyone else running? Preferably of the free variety, since I'm kinda broke at the moment.
