you people suck. why the hell do you bother with giving me this bullshit about coming or even at least stopping by when you know you won't? just tell me you're not going to fucking come so i can cancel my party instead of wasting my time waiting for people. i'm glad a lot of you like to say i'm your friend when you treat me like shit anyway. thanks ( Read more... )

I had a tire disintigrate on the way home from dropping off my date. I had to wave down a random person off the street to use his phone and call my dad, then we spent an hour changing the tire and another hour searching up and down the street for the hub cap that had flown off in some random direction. It was past 2 AM when I finally got home - I was going to drop by, but complications arose. Sorry dude.

i understand when stuff like that comes up. i know a couple of people tried showing up but i wasn't home yet. but i'm referring more to the people who said they were gonna come but decided the other party would be better. so i had stuff ready for people to show, and none of it got used.

it is a true burden on the backside when you throw a party and people don't show up and don't call and tell you they aren't coming. there is no excuse for rudeness. maybe you need a better class of friends.

i apologize for the profanity. happens quite a bit when i get angry. i think it's just about any class of friends in high school and i don't think it changes much in college.

i made sure to not give you a definite answer because i really didn't know what i was doing until the end of the night.

but i had the same thing happen to me. at my 14th birthday party. i invited people in the double digits. 3 people showed up. so i know how much it blows.

I didnt partake in the party-going this time, but you should definately think about the people you're around if they would be such dicks to you.

Sorry about that.

we both know you're house is entirely too small to house an after prom party.where would people have slept?plus you didn't have alcohol and we both know that, you assumed people would bring it.
It's really not all that big of a deal.

actually i have quite a bit of room. i had the living room and two rooms upstairs for gathering/sleeping. i don't really care about not having a party. it was the fact that people said they'd come and didn't. if i would have known that no one would really show, i would've cancelled it, no big deal. but no one has any balls to say "hey, i'm not coming." and alex was pretty dick for not saying anything to me. something could have easily been worked out, but no, he decided to do the dick thing and not talk to me about anything, including inviting me even though i invited him to mine.
