Buffy went back to Bella's room after lunch by herself, and let herself in with the key Bella had given her. She'd swung by the Quick Stop, buying massage oil, candles, incense and a bunch of blue irises that she placed in a vase on the desk

Bella walked into the room. She saw the flowers and a smile fell over her face, "You got me flowers?"

Buffy turned to face Bella and smiled, "Hey you." She turned her head, looking at the flowers. "I did, and they're blue. You like?"

Bella touched them lightly with her fingers and nodded. "I love them. Nobody has ever gotten me flowers here at school."
