Very few days have passed since I boldly claimed that I'd never be returning to the East Coast during winter ever again, and yet in a few minutes I'll be buying a ticket to go to frozen Appalachia at the end of February.

But I think I can forgive myself for the change of heart, considering I'll be going there for my orientation to midwifery schoolRead more... )

SO Awesome. And close to Asheville & Nashville! Both fun places for visits.

Will you be there short-term, then going back to SF to study, or will this be a long-term school our East?

I'll just be there for a weekend at first, and then it's back to SF to study. I'll go back again for a week orientation when it's time to start the clinical portion of the classes, but then it'll be back to SF again to work with midwives out here.
