My wife said something similar last night, and I didn't say anything at the time, but the last few games I've gone to, I haven't felt it until I got there and started RPing. I had this sense of dread that I wasn't going to enjoy myself, then I did. So bully for me.

Thanks for everyone who gave advice. I found a pair on the site that Pat mentioned. Next piece I'm looking for is one of those aviator hats, you know, like Snoopy wore as the flying ace?

What are those called anyway?

Anyone have any idea how I can get a pair of jodhpurs or breeches? I'm looking for WWI Riding style, preferably in tan... and I'm a big guy so they need to be 44" waist.\

Is this something I could make? My sewing to date is limited to tunics and a vest.

Today is a not suck day. I feel much better. I think I just needed to be alone for a few hours.

I've been in a hell of a mood lately. Today, I'm extra angry at the world, and I can see no reason for it. I just want to shut off. Get far away. Talk to no one interact with, nothing.

I need to figure this out.

As has been planned for a few months now, I will be taking the month of September off from STing for EotR. I've been running my share of EotR for almost 4 years having only taken 1 month off during that time. I will turn over my responsibilites to the other ST's, but I will not be at game and will be largely unavailable via forum.

I'm in a really bad mood today. So I'm going to rant. I'll put it behind a cut. I don't need anyone to say anything about it, I'm probably out of line on some of this, I'm probably spot on on other points. This is just for me to vent.
