I liked it, and the thing I liked the most was you picked up what is to me the point of Brian and Justin, that they're two pretty tough men who can function and live apart, but are fundementally better when they're together. I really like to see that in fics. And I liked Justin's issues about proving that fact to himself, very canonicle. (if canonicle is a word? You know what I mean!)

Thank you so much. I like the idea of Brian and Justin being together as a choice not a dependence. And I do think Justin has a need to prove his own strength and his ability to be Brian's equal. I'm so glad it made sense to you. jule

I liked this one a lot. Nice discussion of an issue that is never really addressed, let alone resolved in canon. It just totally hurts my sentimental heart to think they were apart for three whole years, though.... And I freely admit to being a sucker for a happy ending.

I hated having them apart for so long, but I thought a short breakup wouldn't have Justin in the right frame of mind for what I wanted and wouldn't make Brian willing to say what he wanted. Thanks for reading. jule

This was very nice... I like that when Justin left, he left everything behind... because is there any other way? And that Brian has loved him and wanted him this entire time... because it wouldnt be any other way. :-)

Justin and Brian can't stay away from each so Justin really did have to make a complete break. And I'm sappy enough to think Brian will never stop loving him. Thanks, jule

There were many things to love about this fic. The fact that Michael brought Justin back to Brian, the fact that Justin knew that if he was around Brian, he would fall under his spell again, the independence that was both men, but the fact that they both really knew that they had the potential to be better together; these were the things that I really liked about this fic. I loved the angst that was just enough to tug, but not enough to be really painful. Thanks for posting this really wonderful fic, whoever you are. Sherrie
