This story is titled: How Rachael Discovered Queer as Folk and Got Hopelessly Obsessed With It. Yes. Also, there is snow in my living room, but that is unrelated.

Sweet Sixteen and Never Been... fansee December 26 2008, 13:53:18 UTC
I must have a word with your mother. She is derelict in her parenting, and look at the result! Had she been more diligent in monitoring your TV viewing and on-line activities, she would have taken a look at QAF two years ago. Then she too would have had two years of rewatching 110 and 308, she too would be watching vids, and she too would be enjoying fanfic. Tsk, tsk. This is a clear example of the downside of parental negligence. *iz shocked*

FanSee who promises to tell you, when you are old enough, the shocking story of how her ten-year-old granddaughter printed out her anime on a piece of recycled paper that had a triciaqaf fic on the other side.

Hey, I'm 19 now. I'm an adult... *is shifty eyed* :P And like I said, she knows now my level of obsession, but she is not a fan of the show. :( We've had some... issues over her views in the past, so I tend to steer clear. She's not homophobic or anything, but she's not the most open-minded person in the world. Meh. Whatevs.

And haha about the ten year old. :P At least I waited until I could drive... lolz.

It is truly amazing the very different ways all of us came to our QAF obsession. Thank you for sharing.
