So I'm looking for this fic where Sam & Dean are out at a bar, and Dean picks up a girl to take back to the motel. Sam doesn't want to intrude, so he stays in the Impala. This happens several times. He ends up hooking up with the girls right after they leave Dean, in the backseat of the Impala, hot & eager to find out what Dean did to them, and do it to them, too.
One hot well-fucked looking girl comes out, but when he dives down, he realizes she hasn't been fucked... but her ass has. This turns him on like crazy, and he fucks her anally, too.
Eventually, Dean realizes what Sam is doing, and sends a girl out to him with a message to let Sam know. I think then Sam starts going into the motel room with them, maybe they share girls? Maybe take turns?
