I would be sorely tempted to try a cinnamon cake, nutella, amaretto whipped cream one. :)

garnish with some crushed hazelnuts/almonds, and drizzle a little amaretto over it all, with a light sprinkle of cinnamon/sugar...that'd be all sorts of delightful.
