Previous clues:
1: It's a saint's name.
2: Her combined first and last names will anagram to a phrase meaning "pasta spears."
3: Her (first) name contains more vowels than consonants.

And here are the incorrect guesses:
Ada, Aisha, Anne-brepa, Ava, Barbara, Caedmon, Charlotte, Eileen, Elizabeth, Erfyl, Genevieve, Irene, Joan, Julia, Katherine, Lucy, Maria, Monegundis, Neoprene, Patrick, Rabi'a, Rosalie, Sexburga, Sofia, Teresa, Valentine, Winnifred, Xenobious and Ziti.

Zoe.

As soon as I saw that name in the list of 2002-03 cyclones, I knew that had to be it. But I, uh, thought your last name was Carleton, so it took me a bit to get the anagram right.

The only South Pacific cyclone name with more vowels than consonants that is a saint's name that I am seeing is Elisa, though I am having trouble anagramming that into pasta spears. To be fair, the internet anagram engine doesn't seem to have pasta names, so I'm running on the assumption that "spears" are "lances," which may be incorrect. So my guess for today: Elisa.

Ohh, apparently my cyclone source is a bunch of mislabeling jerks, and their "1989-1999" category secretly contains up to 2005. Got it now, and orzo is the tastiest pasta.

Let's see, I'll guess Renee, even though the cyclone was Rene. I haven't spent long trying to anagram it, so I don't know how that works out.

I dreamed that they named the baby Renee! Spooky. :-)

Man, I suck at this game. But I've read more about pasta names, saint names and cyclone names than I ever have before! (And isn't it funny that there's a "Zita" in all three! If the pasta thing weren't an anagram, I'd be sure that was it.)

ETA: I have now seen a photograph of the mummified body of Saint Zita. If I have nightmares, I'm blaming you. :D
