Is the title a quotation from a sura?

When both the U.S. and Britain are getting into political battles about immigrants, (especially considering that both countries' gene pool is blend of long waves of immigration,) it is sobering to realise how much it must take to make people willing to leave home -and often family -for the unknown, in hope that it may be better.
