I think I now have the mac back up to speed with the new hard drive. Still looking for a good ftp client that is open source and works on the mac

a good ftp client for osx or windows, is filezilla.

although i believe you do still have a command line ftp client in osx.

I didn't like them in the past, but every since OSX and the intel chips... I love al the fun you can have on a mac these days. Linux and OSX both run so nice.
