As is my custom, I am watching the nightly MSNBC news trifecta...Hardball with Chris Matthews, All In with Chris Hayes, and The Rachel Maddow Show. Yeah, I'm a big liberal. The current political race is both horrrifing and fascinating. I can't look away. I always have a cocktail at my side as I watch

Our neighbor James in the Atomic Lair has 2 recipes for eggplant parm. One is a 6 hour, the other a 9 hour which he recently brought to the home of that Italian pop star here in town that we've told you about. But I haven't got the recipe out of him yet.
I'm getting cozy using our convection mode in our oven. I made Chix Parm, and John kept checking to see if it was really cooked thru, it was so tender and juicy. I'd love to know your recipe for eggplant Parm.

I've been watching the races obsessively, but am going to have to take a break. I care so much about the outcome of this presidential race and senate races that it's upsetting me. I wish there was a way to fix stupid.
