I just spent $20 on a piece of shit movie some moron "physicists"/philosophers put together called "What the Bleep Do We Know". I'm still not sure what the point of the movie is about. I've come to the conclusion that I might be slightly ADD. It never occured to me until a couple of days ago when Lisa pointed something out to me. Whenever I watch tv or a movie in my room I play Tetris on my Gameboy...I always did it at home too. I've been hearing from people I haven't heard from in a while lately because I changed my emaill address and sent out a mass email informing people. I just got one today from Stephanie, my boss at the Mennonite Village, the nursing home I worked at in Oregon. She said that Hazel Cotter passed away. I've got my classes scheduled for next semester and I'm happy with them. I only have class Monday through Thursday so I finally get a three day weekend again. What sucks is that I have class all day Tuesday and Thursday and I won't get back here 'til like 10:30 or so ( Read more... )

Yesterday was a big break from work. I had class and a test which went semi-well I think but then afterwards I didn't do any homework. Lisa, John, Jessica and I went to the light parade on Michigan and Double T met us there with her friend Joey. It was a short parade, but pretty and I was happy to be there. I've got so much to do I don't even know where to begin with it all. I've got a week and a half to get my rough draft for my research paper finished. My family was here for the afternoon yesterday. They brought me all sorts of goodies, my favorite being a jar of my mother's homemade strawberry Jam. Yum.
