They cancelled classes today. I suppose I normally would be pleased about this, but not today. I stayed at school all night, sleeping on a couch in the student union, all because I knew that if I went home last night, I wouldn't be able to make it back up for classes today. Now they've gone and cancelled everything anyway, but I'm still stuck here ( Read more... )

If it were anyone else, I'd tease you about WANTING to take a test. But you totally have a point about deserving it.

I hope you get a chance to enjoy the snow---borrow a cafeteria tray or something and go sledding! :)

I wasn't the only one wanting to take a test today. Two of my friends were staying up late studying for an Advanced Cal test, and they were debating this morning whether they should go to class anyway. They figured that their teacher might show up despite the ice and give the test (optionally) to whomever was there.

This was the first time they've closed the university in the past 15 years, I don't think, given that fact, that anyone would have predicted them closing today. Oh, and I'm home now.
