I have to say I am gratified that a few of us still watch this community, so I thought I would put up a post-episode chat post and see how it goes!

I don't even think I made it through 10 minutes of this one. That puppet thing was too annoying for me.

I heard it was due to his filming "Jonathan Creek" again?

OOOH, where'd you hear this? Definitely enjoying Alan's hair this series too.

I honestly don't remember, actually, but it must have been a comment somewhere about the new series, since it was tied in with Alan's hair.

From following Bill on twitter, I now he has a thing about t-shirts, but I don't know about Naratu.
I'm an American on dial up, so I can't watch QI regularly, can't ever youtube it without a trip to the library. I follow this comm and several others for whatever little bit of QI I can get! So I can't say much about the recent episodes:(
Are they really filming more Jonathan Creek? I'd love that!

I have to say, I think Terry Fator has perhaps spoiled me for other ventriloquists.

I enjoyed her on the show, but as with some guests, I just wondered why she was on the show in the first place. She didn't seem to fit quite. Maybe it's who they get as the other guests as well, but....I don't think she really worked this episode.

Somehow I doubt Bill's story of a man being sucked through a crevice the size of a CD and surviving. Try to find a way your head could fit through one.

I actually remember when that happened. If I remember rightly he was leaning over the machine, or into the machine, and accidentally switched it on. It came down behind his head and he went through it, breaking every bone in his body.

Yes, found the story There you go...

Ahh, okay, so it was a five-inch gap he presumably went through sideways, and his head went through a larger space. That I can believe. Poor man.
