Kelli's Veggie Chili

2 16 oz. cans of black beans
1 16 oz. can of kidney beans
3-4 tomatoes, largely diced
2-3 white onions, largely diced
1 box (12 oz) Boca burger crumbles
2 green peppers, largely diced
1/2 - 1 fist of garlic, finely chopped
2-3 hot peppers, finely chopped
salt (as needed)
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground chipolte chili pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Drain the cans of beans before adding. All measurements are approximate. The chili will be as hot as the peppers added (jalepeno, habenero, etc.). Omit hot peppers and tone down the spices if less pain is desired. Put everything in a large crock pot on high for at least 3 hours. This isn't rocket science, it's chili. Serves around 12.

Serve with sour cream if desired. Also good with tortilla chips.
