Try checking the fan's stability. See if it's loose on it's little hinge thing. If there's dust on the fan, also, it can sometimes cause it to buzz. That's what was wrong with my old power supply. You just need to carefully take the fan out and clean it off, make sure it's secure, all that. If that's not it, then I have no idea. Good luck! :)

Yeah blow air into it and or check the fan. If it's an eletrical buzz it might just be dying.
