Same with me! Reupped my gym membership and the trainer and I had a long talk. Small meals throughout the day. high protien bars like the south beach bars. edame, brown rice, wheat bread, baked potates. Working out, muscle work FIRST cardio LAST! My goal this year is to lose 50 lbs. I am going to try really hard this time. Stay away from fruit, hi in sugar. stay away from soda and lots of water. Good luck and see you at Dragoncon. I expect for both of us to be more comfortable. We can do this my friend!!!!
