Cooking adventures.

Since I moved out of Senior House many moons ago, I've been dabbling more and more with cooking. And I don't mean just-follow-the-directions-on-the-box kind of cooking. if i ever find out i cook too much stuff, i just transfer the excess to a container which i'll toss in the fridge for later use.

and i've had stir-fried rice noodles before, in fact, it's my father's favourite dish. so i guess my tolerance for mush is a little hire than most.

you can try chicken instead of shrimp, or shittake mushrooms.

rice noodles can also be made into soup
and soup is pretty much idiot-proof (except i manage to do it)
just make sure it's a light, watery soup.

i think that fine rice noodles can be stir-fried to not be mush if you don't boil them first, just soak them in hot water.
