Zutaten:

300g Dinkel-Vollkornmehl

200g Roggen-Vollkornmehl

5 TL Salz

30g Sonnenblumenkerne

150g Naturjoghurt

1 Pck Trockenhefe

1 Pck Sauerteig

1 TL Honig

1 TL Aceto Balsamico

150ml Wasser

Zubereitung:
