Hey everyone!
I'm going to the school tomorrow for the freshmen's orientation (I'm doing something there for french club)...lol, someone thought I was a freshmen when I told them that. lol, no, I did my time.
I don't know how I'm gonna handle Anatomy, Eng. CP, and Alg. 1-A all at once. My homework will be outrageous. This makes me sad. :( I hate math. It did this to me. Better yet, I hate Alg. for Mastery. I feel like I got screwed over b/c of that. ...God, Ms. Vaughn is gonna kill me. :( I wished I moved to North Carolina w/ Merv. I would be as far away from Ms. Vaughn as he is. lol. And...I could have taken Walker w/ me, and we would have put him in Merv's closet. lol. Walker...*swoons* But he's Merv's...I have to respect that. lol
6 days until my sophomore year. Merv doesn't start until like, Sep. 2nd??? GRR! I want to be like every other school in America, and start in September. Alabama schools always start in August. But we get Mardi Gras holidays at least. lol-I want Mardi Gras now...moonpies...lol
That Hoover and Daphne game...I can't even, like, bet on who will win that game now. I want Daphne to win, no doubt. But Hoover's goooood. lol. Or they were last year. But they were still 14-1...but so were we. lol. Seens how they beat us at the last game. And we got a new coach (even though he was an awesome coach for Davidson, we still beat Davidson, which means we beat his team. lol) Gosh, I'm so weird about football. I love it. I always have. lol. My daddy and I always watch games together. It's our daddy-daughter time. lol...ok, moving on.
I saw something on the news last night about "nasty lyrics". They did a report on rapper's songs, like "Freak a Leek" and "What's Happenin" (I happen to love both very much. lol) but they showed the REAL lyrics, and I was like, "OMG." And they had Matt and Jay on from WABB and they were talking about how they edited and "changed" everything in those songs, where they had completely changed almost everything except a few lines and the beat. I think "Freak a Leek" is pretty degrading now that I know what they're really saying. And I read the real lyrics to "What's Happenin", and it's about shooting someone. But to my surprise, my mom and dad still let me listen to the songs. I guess it'd be different if I was a guy, b/c they were more worried about the guys treating women like trash. Anyways...kik
