Cupid - Jensen/Misha, PG-13
Jensen knows that the red sparkly Valentine ’s Day card, that sprinkles glitter all down the front of his jeans when he opens it and is signed by ‘Misha Collins,’ is absolutely signed by ‘Jared Padalecki.’
And for his part, Misha also cottons on fairly quickly that the stuffed toy pony he finds staring soulfully at him from the passenger seat of his car with a card saying ‘from Jen’ around it’s neck, is not from one Jensen Ackles.
“So, Jared is... Misha ends the sentence with an arched brow.
“Being Jared,” Jensen confirms, lets Misha, and the hot pink pony tucked under his arm, inside when he knocks at their door late that night.
Misha looks at him strangely, steps into his personal space and runs the tip of a finger down the side of Jensen’s cheek. He holds it up to reveal the red glitter stuck there.
“You were sparkling,” Misha says, and Jensen is suddenly aware that he hasn’t stepped back out of his personal space.
“Um,” Jensen falters, “I do that sometimes?”
Misha’s mouth quirks into something mischievous that makes Jensen’s stomach lurch.
“I noticed,” Misha says and leans forward, tongue darting out and licking across Jensen’s mouth.
When Jensen's mouth then falls open in surprise, Misha simply licks his lips like he's tasting, and says, “More glitter.”
As if that explains it all.
The thump that is Jensen pinning Misha to the hallway wall is Jared’s cue to stroll happily up to bed, dogs padding in tow, Sadie with a stuffed pony prize clamped firmly in her jaws.
Jared plays a lot fewer ‘jokes’ than people assume.
