Affiliation: A rather defiant Rocket Grunt.
Personality: Boomer, along with his brothers, can be described as a troublemaker, a prankster, and, altogether, rowdy and rough. Being born as a result of an experiment by Mojo Jojo, Boomer was not able to have a "proper" childhood education; simple common sense, including manners and appropriate behaviour, just isn't there for him and his brothers.
It's shown when they meet Powerpuff Girls Z that they have a boys > girls mindset, especially when they nonchalantly flipped the girls' skirts and called them "old hags". However, when the girls act affectionate towards them, the boys become grossed out. Yet, disgusting things, such as nose-picking, mooning, farting, and burping, don't bother them at all. In fact, they do all of those rather frequently, finger-in-nose being their greeting.
Out of the three brothers, Boomer is the "dumb blonde". He'll often say things that will get mocked by the other two. Since the three are always together, it is not that known how Boomer acts on his own. It can be assumed that they are reliant on each other and, therefore, would not be able to manage well by themselves.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Being the mischievous kid he is, Boomer is very good at deceiving adults. He often uses this skill to get himself out of trouble. However, it seems as though kids around his age are more likely to see through his lies.
His number one weakness would have to be girls. Not because he likes them, but... ew, they have cooties! He also does not enjoy being seen as feminine either.
