I disagree with point 3. While I haven't ever had sex with someone for one of those reasons explicitly, why should sex be any more special a commodity than money? If I can give money for drugs, then why should I not offer another form of currency - sex - for them? We are all objects insofar as our services can be purchased or sold (ie. you make money at your job for your services). Sex is just another service, another physical act, a movement of your body for which you can receive money or drugs, the way a construction worker moves his body in a different way and receives money (with which he can buy drugs or food or whatever else he wants). The difference is only in that sex is viewed as somehow sacred or special in our society - the lingering effects of either a puritan or else patriarchal society where 'good' women do not sell their sex but keep it for their husband/partner(s).
