Who are the other two couples?? lol. It's funny how everyone is all of a sudden getting together cause of the whole "Navigators no-daters" rule. I guess this group is going to be breaking that this year!

Who needs a boy/girlfriend? What is wrong with bleeding your heart into anothers? Aka, growing together, learning eachother, and learning to trust eachother. The intertwining of two hearts is a great thing, one that should be smiled upon.

What should be look down on is the game we have made of it, which I think you understand. A dangerous game that leaves people hurt.

But think of the gorgeous song sung by Solomon and his lover! What beauty! Couple that with what we know of Godly obedience and the beauty of it extends tenfold! I once thought that I could never love someone. At least, in a way that was not selfish. But prayer to God has revealed this not so.

But I understand my desires are not you and I would be happy to see the desires of your heart filled, as promised from God.

Take care

T was me. Whoops.

And I also wanted to say, I am glad that you are finding fellow Christiam *women* to grow with. I would do anything to have some christian men around so I could have a mentor. But, alas, prayer has become such a great thing....ahhhh...the assurance of faith is more comforting than the assurance from facts.

That whole thing about God not liking time definate things is very true--- because then instead of relying on constant prayer and guidance you're relying on an artifical timeline. (sigh i found this out the hard way). Patience does get rewarded!! God's got his big plan out there for you.

I'm glad you're finding a group of women that you can have community with and women who can guide and help you. I don't know what I'd do without my close Christian sisters here at Stanford to help me find my way spiritually (or otherwise!) I'm glad the semester is going well for you. -Bailey
