For those that do not know how to upload mood themes:
Using the Admin Console
1. Download the zip file for the Ouran Host Club mood theme, and unzip.
2. Then upload all of the mood images to your domain (Photobucket is a good site and it's free.) Do not change the file names or they will not upload correctly to livejournal.
3. Go to the LJ admin console.
4. Now, in the text box, paste in the following:
moodtheme_create "Title of Theme" "Title of Theme"
Replace "Title of Theme" with Ouran
5. Hit execute and it should give you a number. Write the number down somewhere because you'll need to plug the number into the codes that are in the zip file. Do not close this window, because you'll need it later.
6. Open your "admincodes" file that was included in the zip file with the mood theme. Go to Edit, click on replace and replace "12345" with the number you received from the admin console. Then, replace the "yourownsite.com" url with the url of your own pictures. Ex: photobucket.com/yourfiles".
7. Once you've replaced all of the parts you should, copy and paste the entire codes in the admin console. If you did everything right, you should get no errors.
8. After it accepts the theme with no errors, go to your modify journal page. Under mood themes, find the theme (as whatever you saved it as), select it and save changes. You're done!
