As a recruiter of local (Miami area) talent for New York University, I suggest you look elsewhere for your continued education after leaving your two-year institution. NYU is an academic school, not a performing arts school. If you are not an academic person, NYU is not for you. There are other schools in New York City that are better suited for your interests such as Marymount Manhattan for example. NYU has a very low transfer student acceptance rate and if we turn down people from Ivy League and tier 1 schools, what on earth makes you think you will get in above one of those people? Also, even if you are dirt poor, NYU still asks you to pay a large sum of money because housing in the city is quite expensive. So you can work all you want, but you will never be able to save in upwards of $20,000 dollars and remember, you will have to pay this for more than one year

Thanks for your concern, but I have news for you. You have no idea who you're talking to. I am not just one of these retarded actors who think theyre good because their mama says so. I have a 4.0 GPA in the HONORS program. That included the math, the science, the english, the history. Not only do I succeed on stage, but I succeed in the classroom. So before you go ahead and criticize my "bullshit" ways of education, learn about who the fuck youre talking to. Did you read that correctly? I hope you did! If NYU is filled with assholes like you, you've made my decision that much easier. I'll see you at NYU!
