It's a tough field to get into, mostly because the people who have been doing voices are the ones who get the jobs.

It actually is quite a bit of tedious work. How long they've been doing it helps a lot, and all the little subtle tricks that each voice has are nearly impossible to replace so they probably will get this.

Becasue they're the only ones who can do it, and they know Fox will pay them. Hell, by the end of the series the guys on Friends were getting $1 million PER episode.
