Opening night is already sold out.

So, let me break this down for you;
Clark theatre has been my life for about 10 years. I kid you not. And this is my last show at that wonderful place I like to call home. Not only that, but it's a good one too. A really good one.
I'll admit, I got emotional tonight. ( Read more... )

Wow, I would have never even guessed I would ever hear from you! Thank you for the inspiration. It's amazing how in such a short time, you left such an impression on me. I hope someday I can leave the same impression on someone else. Thank you so much.

Becca, you are no doubt ready for college. You have a bright future ahead of you. You have the knowledge, skills, talent and dedication to succeed in everything you atempt. I knew you at Clark. We both know Doug did not retire. I am glad you have so many fond memories of Clark. You should hold in your heart that you touched many people and left footprints in their hearts, you certainly did in mine. Remember the OCTA gold key? I chose you to have that when I left. I chose you because you deserve it, you are respected and loved by many. Life is all about moving forward. Though I miss Clark, my life now is so much better. I have a beautiful house that I share with my puppies, a stress free job that pays twice as much as the City of Tulsa did, and I recently received an Outstanding Superior Award from the company I work with. My husband and I are now financially able to travel overseas every year, in fact we go to Ireland and England this summer for two weeks. See how my life unfolded as I moved forward. Yours will too, ( ... )

I forgot to add this to the above message. Doug didn't retire, he moved on to another chapter in his life. Their is no question that he touched many lives at Clark, and is responsible for many of the successes his students acheived. I am sure wherever he is, he is making a positive contribution, and touching more lives in the same positive way he touched them at Clark. Becca you too will leave a positive legacy like Doug and others who followed. Enjoy life, be yourself and continue to leave positive footprints on those who cross your path in life.
