AHHH. My stomach is attacking me again.

My stomach makes excessive amounts of acid, and if I eat too many spices, acids, or alcohol then it starts to rebel. And if I eat way too many of the above, then it starts to attack. I pushed it way too hard this last week, and in the last few days.
